Catering for the baby
With the nutrition of a newborn, everything is simple: either a breast or a mixture. It is recommended to introduce complementary foods in the morning, as in the evening you can judge the baby’s reaction to new food.

Mashed potatoes can be prepared on their own, but pediatricians recommend buying ready-made mashed potatoes in a jar, since the manufacture of such a product takes into account the requirements of the Ministry of Health, as well as preserving useful substances and trace elements. Nevertheless, it will be up to mom to decide whether it will be a product in a jar or a self-prepared dish.
You always need to give new food like this: on the first day - at the tip of a teaspoon. Until the evening more not to offer new food, but to monitor the reaction. At the age of five to six months, the baby can already be offered porridge. Semolina porridge, cooked at home, is still somewhat difficult for a tender children's stomach, so it is better to give preference to dairy-free buckwheat porridge, it is ideal for the first feeding.
