The guests of the exhibition were equally interested in the problems of mass, industrial production and the organization of work, and their scientific support.

K. Tevene, director of CI I Honeywell Bull for cooperation and commerce.
The first contacts between our company and our Soviet colleagues date back to 1960. Since then, you have created a production of a range of excellent computers and less and less turn to the West for them. On the contrary, before our eyes you actively began to cooperate with foreign companies for the joint production of various devices. One of these firms is ours, which we consider to be the second largest in the world in its industry. And we came to such a representative composition to inspect your enterprises and scientific institutions and, in order to substantiate and support our conclusions about the prospects for cooperation. After all, cooperation always requires a reliable and skilled partner. In this case, everything is fine. Everything we saw in Moscow and Minsk made a good impression on all members of our delegation: it is very interesting, at a high scientific and technical level.

I. Rostovtsev, General Director of the Minsk Production Association of Computing Machinery.
After listening to the wishes of our guests, we gave them the opportunity to get acquainted with everything that interested them, starting from the Computer Institute with its laboratories and computing center and ending with the mechanical workshops of our plant, the assembly industry, the manufacture of individual components and parts. At the same time, the guests got acquainted - and some simply continued the old acquaintance — with our specialists: engineers, designers, workers. We are for the good cooperation.

F. Mason, scientific director of CI I Honeywell Wool.
Three years ago I was here, to the Minsk Union, and I see the changes well. Speaking about the most important, there are two of them: a great deal of attention is paid to “modernizing” products, and it is really at a good level; Much has been added to the rationalization of production, which has become much higher. And this problem is extremely important, because it is relatively easy to build one copy of a computer and where it is more difficult to create a thousand well-working computers. It requires excellent organization of production, quality control at each stage, staff training. We met with professionals working at a very high level with excellent modern equipment. The knowledge and skills of your specialists, I consider, as our best.

L.R. ODUEN, General Director of the Angers plant.
I looked at my sister company and must say that the overall impression is excellent. The whole technological process is based on modern equipment, and the process itself is what is used today at the best modern plants. As for the quality of the equipment, I am sure that it allows us to produce products of the highest level - in any case, not worse than what has been achieved in our production.
There is, of course, a difference in your and our approach to solving technological, industrial, scientific and other problems, but it does not hinder our cooperation.
