Thus, the quality of the material increases significantly, and the service life of the coating is increased by not a single year. To increase the strength characteristics of asphalt concrete, not more than 6 percent of the mineral powder is added to the mineral skeleton.

As an organic binder in the manufacture of asphalt, bitumen oil road grade BND 90 by 130 is used. This constituent material is produced at oil refineries. Its transportation is carried out by special vehicles and constant heating.
Inert materials are stored in the ABZ under a canopy, and mineral powder and bitumen in special containers. Upon receipt of materials at an asphalt concrete plant, an incoming quality control is mandatory for each component separately, and laboratory-acquired data is compared with regulatory tolerances.
