People who do not even have an indirect relationship to sports, launch themselves and by the age of 30 they look like a sack of potatoes. Loose, plump, unable to cope with elementary physical exertion, they have the time, money and health to consume alcohol and tobacco, while they need to form the moral image of their growing children, which is extremely difficult if their behavior contradicts all the norms of a proper lifestyle. Their weekends are spent in a drunken frenzy, and the working week is like a dream. Limited interests and monotony of activities have a detrimental effect on the development of intelligence, so many young people stop in self-improvement at the university graduate level, and this is at best.
After all, sport is a great combinator, able to give meaning to life's pursuits, open your eyes to the joys and beauties of the world, make a person pleasant to himself.
